When Meta sends Digital Pros a verified deletion request, we disconnect the matching Instagram account and remove its access credentials, Instagram identifiers, profile details, and stored publishing-result data.

Digital Pros-authored content and records that must be retained for security, billing, or legal compliance are not treated as Meta account data and may be retained as required.

To request deletion manually, sign in and remove the Instagram account from the brand’s Social Media section, or contact Digital Pros and ask for a Meta data deletion request.
